Huawei Ascend P6: “The World’s Slimmest Smartphone”

Last week Huawei teased a waterproof Windows Phone on its Facebook page, but the Chinese handset manufacturer launched a flagship of their Ascend series, the Ascend P6. At just 6.18mm thick, the phone is dubbed as the “world’s slimmest smartphone”. The Ascend P6 weighs just 120 grams and packs quite a bit of hardware under the hood.

The Huawei Ascend P6 features a quad-core 1.5 GHz CPU and 2 GB RAM with an onboard storage of 8 GB and it does have a microSD card slot to expand storage as needed. The large 4.7″ LCD display features a resolution of 1280×720 with ‘Magic Touch’ for increased screen responsiveness while using gloves (similar to Nokia Lumia’s super sensitive touch).
